Shoreline dock monitor
Know when the water has moved.
See how far the water's edge is estimated to have moved from your dock baseline, and how far to move the dock to follow it.
USACE full-pool reference

Your shoreline
Set your dock baseline
Save the lake's elevation when your dock is positioned correctly at the water's edge. Baseline and current readings must use the same vertical datum. The initial editable 6:1 factor comes from your example; it is not a surveyed shoreline grade. Set alert distances to your safe travel margin: how far the dock can move before its walkway end or float is at risk.
